Welcome to Young Excellence Society Inc (YES Academy) Programs! As part of YES Inc’s K-to-Career Journey, we walk alongside scholars from their very first day of school through college and into their careers. Through mentorship, academic support, life skills, and enriching experiences, we provide the steady guidance and life changing support every child deserves committed to doing work it takes to help them thrive and succeed.
Since its inception in 2017, YES Academy has served over 1,000 scholars and their families through out of school time programs and referral services. We continue to make a lasting impact on young people and the community by providing the vital support needed to close the gap in access to high quality, affordable out of school care.

At YES Academy, we know that after-school care is more than just a safe space—it’s a vital lifeline for families. Parents can work with peace of mind knowing their most precious treasure is not only cared for, but also supported academically.
One of our greatest strengths is our staff: dedicated educators who are deeply passionate about helping scholars excel. We recognize that every child learns differently, and our approach to homework help is centered on meeting each student where they are academically. By providing patient, individualized support, we ensure that every child not only completes their assignments but also understands the material and gains confidence in their abilities.
We also recognize that classroom teachers often don’t have the time to address every child’s unique needs during the school day. That’s where YES steps in. We work in partnership with parents and teachers, creating a strong circle of support that bridges the gap between school and home. This collaboration allows us to reinforce learning, build academic confidence, and help scholars thrive.
